Having grown up in both Sydney and Singapore, the dichotomy of cultures I have experienced in both of these places has shaped my approach to design, and my identity as a designer. Understanding peoples' needs and wants within different cultural contexts, has allowed me to approach design with a priority for empathy, observation, and understanding of different user experiences.
As a student designer with an eagerness to learn and grow, I wanted to bring my skills from an academic context to real life, so I began freelancing in my second year of university. My dedication to seeking any opportunity I could get my hands on allowed me to develop my practice through working closely with clients to solve problems and provide digital solutions across product and service industries.
Upon graduating in November of 2025, I'm excited to see what opportunities there are to further expand my design experience.
